Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what you can and cannot do with SRGE, including rules for AI thumbnails, visual identities, references, public platform content, and account security.
General rules
You may use SRGE only for lawful, responsible thumbnail and creator workflows. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, references, generated outputs, edits, exports, and any content you publish using SRGE.
You may not use SRGE to break the law, violate third-party rights, mislead people, harm others, abuse our systems, or breach the Terms of Service.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal content or activity, including fraud or scams.
- Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized content involving real people.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking, or targeted abuse.
- Hateful, extremist, or violent content that targets protected groups.
- Instructions, promotion, or facilitation of serious physical harm.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, or platform manipulation.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Attempts to bypass safety, payment, credit, rate-limit, or access controls.
Real people, likenesses, and identities
Only create or use visual identities, face references, voice or persona cues, and likeness-based prompts when you have the rights and consent needed to do so.
You may not use SRGE to impersonate someone, fabricate an endorsement, suggest a person appeared in content they did not appear in, or create deceptive content involving a real person, public figure, private person, creator, employee, customer, or client.
Brands, thumbnails, and style references
You may use public thumbnails, channel references, and style profiles to help develop original work, but you may not use SRGE to copy protected expression, confuse viewers about who made or endorsed content, or misuse another creator's brand, title, logo, character, trade dress, or other protected material.
SRGE may provide tools for inspiration, analysis, optimization, or recreation, but those tools do not give you permission to use third-party content in ways that would otherwise be unlawful or platform-violating.
High-risk uses
SRGE is built for creator content and thumbnail workflows. You may not rely on SRGE as a substitute for legal, financial, medical, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.
You may not use SRGE to create content that materially deceives people about elections, emergencies, public safety, financial products, regulated goods, or professional credentials.
Security and abuse
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, attack, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to SRGE or its providers. You may not resell credits, share accounts to evade limits, automate abusive usage, or use SRGE to build a competing service through unauthorized extraction of product behavior or outputs.
Enforcement and reporting
SRGE may remove content, block generations, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or where required by law.
