Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of SRGE. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the related privacy, cookie, billing, and acceptable-use policies.
Using SRGE
You may use SRGE only in compliance with these Terms, our policies, and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, login credentials, billing choices, submitted content, generated outputs, and activity that happens through your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your location. If you use SRGE for a company, channel, team, or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization or client to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse SRGE, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse trials or credits, bypass safety or billing controls, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use the service in ways that could harm SRGE, other users, or third parties.
Additional content, identity, security, and platform rules are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your content and license to SRGE
You retain rights you have in prompts, uploads, references, visual identities, style inputs, project data, and other content you submit to SRGE. You grant SRGE the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, transform, transmit, display, and store that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to submit your content and to use the resulting outputs. This includes rights for uploaded faces, likenesses, brand assets, screenshots, thumbnails, logos, character designs, and client materials.
Generated outputs
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for you through SRGE for lawful internal or commercial purposes. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them and for making sure your use does not infringe, mislead, defame, violate privacy rights, or breach platform rules.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a specific use. SRGE does not guarantee that outputs are unique, non-infringing, platform-compliant, error-free, or effective for any particular audience, claim, campaign, or channel.
Visual identities, likenesses, and style references
Visual identities, face references, and recurring character references must only be created or used with appropriate rights and consent. You may not use SRGE to impersonate someone, imply an endorsement that does not exist, or create deceptive content involving a real person.
Style profiles, channel-inspired workflows, public thumbnails, and other references are provided to help you create original work. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, references, outputs, and final publication do not copy protected expression or misuse another creator's brand, title, logo, likeness, or trade dress.
Third-party services and platforms
SRGE may interact with third-party services such as payment providers, AI model providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, and public platforms such as YouTube. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
SRGE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Stripe, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform unless we say so expressly.
Billing, trials, credits, and cancellations
Paid access, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, top-up credits, rollover, payment failures, plan-credit grants, and preserved-credit rules are described in the Billing Policy.
If there is a conflict between promotional language and the in-product billing controls, the active terms shown at checkout, in SRGE billing controls, and in the Billing Policy control.
Availability, suspension, and termination
SRGE may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, payment failure, legal compliance, risk to the service, or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using SRGE at any time. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not undo charges already due except where required by law or approved under our Billing Policy.
If SRGE approves and executes an account deletion request, any active subscription may be canceled immediately, access may end at that point, and live account data may be removed subject to the retention exceptions described in the Privacy Policy and Billing Policy.
Disclaimers and liability limits
SRGE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRGE disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRGE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.
Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SRGE after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
