Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how SRGE handles subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, payment failures, refunds, top-up credits, rollover, and plan-based credit rules.
Subscriptions and renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans renew monthly, and annual plans renew yearly, unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in SRGE or the billing portal.
Pricing, taxes, currency, renewal timing, trial details, plan selection, and account status are shown at checkout, in SRGE, and in the billing portal. Stripe or another payment provider may process the payment and display its own checkout or customer-portal experience.
Trials
Eligible first subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If a trial is offered, it converts to paid billing unless canceled before the trial ends or ended earlier through the in-product billing controls.
If SRGE offers a "skip trial" or similar option, choosing it may end the trial early, start paid billing immediately, and apply the plan credits shown before confirmation.
Plan credits and monthly growth
Monthly subscriptions receive the plan credit grant shown in-product. Plan credit grants may include active-plan tenure boosts. For example, Pro monthly currently starts at 800 base credits and can grow to 1,200 monthly credits from month 3 while the same active plan continues.
Annual subscriptions receive the annual credit allocation shown at checkout up front and do not receive monthly tenure boosts during that annual term unless SRGE expressly states otherwise.
Plan credits are subscription benefits. They may be replaced, adjusted, prorated, capped, or forfeited according to the active subscription state, billing interval, plan change, cancellation, or rollover rule.
Rollover and preserved subscription credits
Unused subscription credits may roll over month to month up to the rollover cap for your plan. Essential and Pro preserve up to 50% of the plan's monthly base credits. Ultimate preserves up to 100% of the plan's monthly base credits.
When a subscription actually ends, subscription credits are preserved up to the same rollover cap rather than being wiped entirely:
- Essential preserves up to 200 subscription credits.
- Pro preserves up to 400 subscription credits.
- Ultimate preserves up to 1,600 subscription credits.
Any subscription credits over the applicable cap are forfeited. SRGE may record a ledger entry showing the amount forfeited.
Preserved subscription credits do not expire on a timer. They remain in the account until spent, forfeited under a later policy event, removed through account deletion, or replaced by a fresh subscription credit grant when a new subscription starts.
Top-up credits
Top-up credits are separate one-time purchases. They survive monthly and annual subscription cancellation unchanged and remain available until spent, unless your account is deleted or a different outcome is required by law.
Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased or applied, except where required by law or where SRGE support approves a specific exception.
Plan changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may include prorated billing, new plan credits, or credit adjustments shown before confirmation. Downgrades usually take effect at the end of the current billing period unless SRGE shows a different effective date.
When you change plan or billing interval, SRGE may apply the credit, rollover, privacy, support, and storage rules for the new active plan from the effective date of that change.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal through the SRGE billing controls. Unless a shorter cancellation right is required by law or SRGE shows an immediate cancellation option, cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period or trial period shown in your account.
Charges already incurred are not canceled retroactively. If you resume a canceled subscription before the end of the current period, your plan may continue under the active billing settings then in effect.
If SRGE approves and executes an account deletion request, any active subscription may be canceled immediately rather than waiting for the end of the current billing period. Unused credits may be forfeited when the account is deleted unless a different outcome is required by law.
Payment failures
If payment cannot be completed or renewed, SRGE or its payment provider may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, mark the subscription past due or unpaid, limit paid access, or cancel the subscription if billing is not resolved.
Access, credit grants, and plan benefits may be paused, limited, or ended while payment remains unresolved.
Refunds and contact
SRGE does not offer routine or prorated refunds. Refunds are provided only where required by law or where SRGE support approves a specific exception.
