This Privacy Policy explains what information SRGE collects, how we use it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and how to contact us about your data.
Who we are and how to contact us
SRGE is an AI thumbnail workflow for creators. For privacy questions, account deletion requests, or data-rights requests, contact support@srge.ai or use the in-product Settings flow where available.
Information SRGE collects
SRGE may collect account information such as your email address, name, login records, authentication state, subscription status, credit balances, billing events, support messages, and account preferences.
SRGE also stores content you choose to submit to the service, including prompts, project briefs, uploaded images, reference thumbnails, visual identity assets, style-profile inputs, channel or video URLs, generated outputs, edits, masks, analysis results, exports, and workflow history.
If you connect or use a third-party platform such as YouTube, SRGE may process the public metadata, thumbnails, channel information, OAuth tokens, and related integration data needed to provide that feature.
We may collect technical, usage, and security information needed to run SRGE, including device and browser details, IP-derived approximate location, session data, request logs, anti-abuse signals, error reports, and checkout continuity data.
How SRGE uses information
SRGE uses information to provide and secure the product, authenticate users, run AI generation and analysis workflows, save projects and outputs, process payments and credits, send transactional messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve service reliability, safety, and quality.
Where applicable, SRGE relies on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal compliance as the lawful bases for these activities.
AI features and submitted content
When you use generation, editing, analysis, style-profile, or visual identity features, the prompts, uploads, and instructions you submit are processed by SRGE’s AI pipeline so the requested result can be produced.
On Essential and Pro plans, SRGE may use prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, and related quality signals internally to improve product quality, safety, abuse prevention, and reliability. Ultimate generations are kept private to the account except where access is needed to provide the service, support you, secure SRGE, or comply with law.
You should not submit private, sensitive, confidential, or third-party content unless you have the rights and permissions needed for SRGE to process it under this policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Billing and payments
SRGE uses payment providers such as Stripe to process subscriptions, top-ups, trials, invoices, taxes, payment failures, refunds where approved, and customer billing portal access. SRGE does not store full card numbers on our own servers.
How SRGE shares information
SRGE shares information only as needed to run the service, support users, and meet legal obligations. This may include providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, payment processing, AI generation, analytics or observability, email, security, customer support, and error monitoring.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to enforce our terms, protect SRGE, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or abuse, complete a business transaction, or protect users and the public.
SRGE does not sell personal information and does not enable third-party advertising or marketing cookies at launch.
Cookies and local storage
SRGE uses essential cookies and similar local storage for sign-in, security, checkout continuity, fraud prevention, basic preferences, and the cookie notice itself. More detail is available in the Cookie Policy.
Retention and deletion
SRGE keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain account history, provide projects and outputs, satisfy billing and record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.
Approved deletion requests remove live account access and product data, but SRGE may retain limited records where required or reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or compliance purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can update some account details in SRGE, disconnect integrations where available, cancel subscriptions through billing controls, and request account deletion through Settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact support@srge.ai.
Children, international processing, and updates
SRGE is not directed to children under 13, and you should not use the service if you are not old enough to form a binding agreement in your location.
SRGE and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, SRGE relies on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post an updated version in the product or on the public website.
